The agent at the agency said I could only sign up for a prepaid plan because I didn't have an SSN. I told her that I needed paper billing for my proof of address, so the prepaid plan wasn't a viable option, but she went through the signup process in no time and cost me about $105.7. And she refuses to cancel, saying she has never heard about paper billing.
I need to cancel the prepaid plan, which is pointless to me, and get a refund. Is there a way to do this, or anyone I can contact with?
