How to call the US from Uzbekistan

Hi, I've purchased international service, but when I try various ways to phone the US from Uzbekistan, I get a message saying the number I'm calling doesn't exist.  Thanks in advance for advice.

It is important that you are able to stay connected while you are outside of the United States, BONSPR91. To Place a call to a US number from outside of the United States, you need to include the country code, +1. On most devices, you will get the + sign by long-pressing the 0 on the dial pad. After that, just dial the area code and phone number you wish to call.
