I BOUGHT RINGBACK TONE BUT IT'S NOT PLAYING

I went online and bought ringback tone, made sure I clicked 'OK' and that I definately paid for it and the money was taken out of my balance. Anyway when I called my phone to make sure it would play all I can hear is "classical music"!!!!!  So the money was taken out of my balance and I paid for tone I don't have!!!!!!!  Not happy!

You need to log in to your account and "Manage ringback tones" - and set the tone to play the one you purchased rather than the default one you hear now.

You can also call customer service (*611 from your handset) and have them set it up for you.
