I made a Payment online (actually two), then we ran out of data. I hoped it would simply start drawing from my balance, but does not. Before, I would call the number and they would fix it. Now, I cannot get through ON ANY NUMBER. "we are sorry we cannot connect you at this time." and hangs up. HELP!!
