My HTC One device (after KK update) stopped receiving any voice calls and since I'm making about a hundred calls a day for my business I had to cancel and switch to TMobile. I thought that selling useless CDMA device will be the worst. BUT Verizon customer support said that my funds are lost. Needless to say I spent like an hour trying to get to talk to representatives and get through a couple of hangs. I had like 42$ available balance and there's no way to refund it! I won't stop and find the way to get paid back! VERIZON, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BY DOING THINGS LIKE THAT!!!

Maybe a little more details. refunds are sent out to closed accounbts with a credit balance on them. Closed accounts with credit balances can also have that credit transfered to another account. So you closed one verizon account switched to tmoblie then came back to verizon?

Refunds are not sent at all and probably won't be sent. I will stay on T-Mobile and try to sell my CDMA HTC One asap
