My keyboard won't come up when I tap on message line. I can't send or reply to texts. Any ideas?

ksayles2, having a working phone that you can thoroughly enjoy is our top priority. When did this start? What’s the software version on phone? Settings>About phone>Software Info>Android version and Baseband version. Let us know what you find.

11dee, I'd be lost if I couldn't send text messages to my friends and family. Let's make sure we get that up and running. How long has this been going on? Is the keyboard not pulling up just in your text message application or in all apps? What text message application are you using on the phone? Please keep us posted with these details.
