I just got my lg g5 a few days ago and have it on prepaid, the plan i got said mobile hotspot was included, but qhen i go to use it it says i have to subscribe to it thru verizon, but have no idea how to, been to my account, cant find anything on it. Any suggestions??
Welcome to the Unlimited Plan, Skylineaj. You should be able to add this through your My Verizon app or online. You would log in, go into Account > Add-Ons > select your line and find the mobile hotspot feature.
