I bought a $30 refill card for my prepaid phone . I says I have unlimited mobile to mobile. I made a call to my huband who is a verizon customer also and it says "The time for this call is 1 hour and 4 minutes". Why is this saying this when it used to say " The time for this call is unlimited" I was only charged for non-verizon customers.
It says I'm on the $44.99 Monthly talk plan
* 450 Anytime minutes
* Unlimited mobile to mobile
* Unlimited nights and weekends
Why am I getting this 1 hour and 4 minute limited on my phone?

If your using a $30.00 refill card that would be used the Daily Prepaid Plan is that what you want to be on? The $44.90 is a Monthly charge and you would be billed differently for that. Either way you should not be charged $1 hr. and 4 min. unless your roaming. Call customer service at 1-888-294-6804 and find out why your being charged this extra price.
