Not in China

Hello,

Thanks for helping me. I've received a Verizon Travel Pass text welcoming me to China and informing me that so long as I use it, I'll be charged $10.00 daily, or so. That's fine and all, I appreciate the service when abroad. Currently, I am not abroad, though. I don't know if the message is a glitch, if the glitch will include a charge, or if someone I don't know who is in China is somehow using my service.
