Hi. 

I have Prepaid Daily $2/day plan and am wondering if I can buy ringtones/wallpapers/other stuff for phone. My phone is LG Cosmos Touch vn270.

Yes you can but it does but there is a cost for it. One your cell  go to Menu, then Media Cdenter you will see a list of items, Tunes & tones, games  etc.

Yes, you can purchase ringtones and wallpaper for your Prepaid phone via the Media Center. You will be billed for what you purchase.
