I'm looking to possibly switch to Verizon prepaid and am getting conflicting information about roaming. I love near an area marked as prepaid roaming on the coverage map and being shown in the extended digital area under voice and text coverage. Would I have access to SMS and be able to make calls, for a per minute cost? I don't currently have an account so as far as I can tell I can't call a representative.
