Hello All,
So I have a prepaid phone that started as an unlimited everything per month plan. Then I stopped paying the phone and switched to using the $10 unlimited messaging bundle cards from Walmart every month, which works fine for me. Problem is- today is the day to renew/buy the card, and I am nowhere near any stores for the next few days. Is there any way that I can renew this card online or over the phone?

You have two choices, you can sign into MyVerizon.com and sign up for an account and you will be able to add a payment from there with a debit or credit card. The second choice is to dial *611 and hit send and you can add money there . Also depending on what phone you have you can go from the Menu on the phone and click the up button and it will connect you to the internet and give you options to make a payment.
