I used two prepaid refill cards to equal my prepaid plan cost. My balance doesn't look right

What about the balance does not look right? The balance you normally have doesn't equal the amount of both cards combined? You can dial *611 to speak with prepaid dept or you can live chat in the Contact Us link. However, when doing so, first log into My Verizon and then choose the OTHER option as the reason for contacting. Any other choice gives you a canned response to call Customer Service.
