Problems switching phones.

(I was told to re-post in this section for help. Or I hope this is the right thread.)
Hi, I recently changed my phone to a new one, and I have to go back to my old phone. I didn't have as many problems the first time but it seems I am having a lot of problems this time.
When I try to go through the process on the website to switch phones it tells me to call customer service. Now I do believe I would need to use a different phone to call for this process won't I? Well I don't have another phone so will I be able to still go through the process over the phone to change to a different cellphone?

Yes you can do that on your cell phone, you will need both phones charged and turned on. Call Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 you wil be charged minutes. If you have a landline you can call from that line.

Well i do no have any minutes at the moment or a landline. So I will have to wait until I have the minutes. Thanks for you reply!

Your Welcome, just a note, you can't active a phone unless you have minutes on it. You can get a 15.00 card and start with that just to get it activated.
