I have a Verizon prepaid cell phone with the $45 Allset plan. On Black Friday, Wal-Mart was running a promotion. If you bought a $45 refill card, you would receive an extra 500mb of data. I bought a $45 refill card that night and entered it into my account a couple of days later. When my month renewed (current Month), I didn't receive the extra 500mb of data. I just called Verizon, and they were no help in the matter.
There's a promotional offer on prepaid right now where if you sign up for auto refill you get an additional 500mbs. Is is possible that was the offer on that?
No, this was Black-Friday promotion for buying a $45 refill card that night. I know about the auto-pay promotion, but I'm not interested in using auto-pay right now.
