My 5 month old network extender Ethernet jack was damaged when the Ethernet cable was pulled on. It works only if you don't breath on it. I purchased an identical used Samsung network extender and would like to add it to my account in order to test that it works and then swap out the damaged one. What number would I call to add it to my verizon account?
