My husband is on a prepaid plan and its is less expensive for same coverage. How do i go about accomplishing this for my service?
That's an excellent question! If you would like to migrate your Verizon account from our postpaid services to our prepaid services, you can contact our Sales team at: 800-256-4646. They are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time. They will be able to assist with establishing your prepaid account, and with migrating your existing postpaid line over to it.
