Texting problem with prepaid

Switched my s5 from post paid account to prepaid and lost calling and text messaging.
First visit to local store recovered all except receiving messages. Second visit to store
and i now lost all messaging except from Verizon 900#. I have a case # with advanced
tech support. They swapped out sim card etc. Other phone same move works fine.
