My husband and I both have prepaid accounts with Verizon. My phone is a new phone from our local Verizon store. His is a phone he had when he was using Alltel Prepaid and was transferred to Verizon Prepaid. He no longer needs his phone and the refill date is coming up very soon. Can we transfer the amount left on his phone to mine?
I don't think you can transfer balances between prepaid accounts, and the fact that his account is still on his Alltel plan may further complicate the situation even if it is possible. The best you can do is dial *611 from your handset and then ask.
