Turn of service to childs phone more than 1 time every 12 months

I want to be able to turn off my childs service and do it more than 1 time every 12 months without fee. What are my options?

WDE69, that doesn't match our current suspension policy. You are able to suspend up to 90 days in a rolling 365 day period. Are you in need of more than this?
