I recently activated my account and phone and ported my number over from another carrier, and somehow I ended up with 3 ways to login with none of them working.
I was finally able to login with my number or new username after spending some time on the phone with a CSR, and I dont know if I attempted to login via my home WiFi too many times, but now Im only able to login via my mobile data.
If I attempt to login via my computer, my husbands computer, or my phone on WiFi, I get an orange box with the error, "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."
Ive tried clearing cache/cookies, resetting my modem and router, and as I said before, logging in with multiple devices and browsers. I called a CSR again, but he could find no problems with my account and said I should contact my ISP, which isnt having problems with any other website.
Is there a lock on accessing my account from my home WiFi? How do I get it removed?
I also just tried logging into this community on my home WiFi with my Verizon account and got an orange box with the error, "Attempt to sign in to SSO account using a username and password." I dont know if that is related.
Thanks for any help.
