I noticed that with a pre-paid service plan, ANYONE who knows/has my cell phone number can call the Verizon Customer Service number ((1-800-922-0204) and hear my balance and "add money by" date. Is there a way to CHANGE that? Frankly, I don't think my remaining balance or "add money by" date is anyone else's business. Thoughts/suggestions/comments????

When you first get your phone the password Verizon gives you is the last four digits of your cell number, affter setting up your phone your suppose to change that to what every four digit password you want, that way you are the only person who can get your information from your phone.

Also, by setting up an account security question in addition to the four digit code, you can ensure that you're the only one that has access to your acct. To set that up, you can call the Prepaid customer service number, 1-888-294-6804
