What is the best way to use my device in Israel?

I want to be able to use my iPhone while traveling in Israel

Any tips? Any tricks? I am only there for week and will not be able to change to Israel sim card.

Add travelpass to your account and for $10 per day you use the phone, you just use your regular plan for text and calls to and from US plus within Israel.  It also includes your plan data.
