I have the travel pass but I only want to pay for the service when i need it. I have turned off roaming, I have the phone on airplane mode and I am still receiving text messages. Will I be charged? How do I make sure I don't get to be charged $10 a day?

The received messages would appear to be coming through the wifi connection because of wifi calling capabilities.
