Recently, I downloaded my pix & flix from cell phone to my computer. Seemingly, my contacts were also on the memory card. At the Verizon store, the rep somehow found my contacts and transferred them from card to phone------I still don't understand how come the contacts supposedly were on the card and since I had checked the option to "delete after import", why was the rep able to find them !! [not complaining]
