When I signed up for Verizon in December, there was a promotion to get a free Moto Z Droid when you join. This month my promotion credit kicked in and they only took $7 off instead of the full $17. Literally, the only reason I picked the phone was because it was free. I tried getting it sorted through the myVerizon chat app and they said I would get a resolution within 48 hours. That was on Monday and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. And there is no record of the chat for me to even specifically check the correspondence.
