Walked into a service center,
First issue, was the speaker itself, it was not the speaker mod, was told I needed another phone, now this NEW issue its not keeping a charge anymore, what the is going on!#/;?**, seems like right after an update, all this crap happened, it just shuts off and NO the PHONES NOT DAMAGED, NOT DROPPED, NOR GOT WET.
And NO I'm not wiping everything off my phone and starting over.. Verizon owes me another phone, with NO PAYING ALL OVER FOR THIS EXPENSE EXPERIENCE, it has to do with the update.
Called Tech support today on the battery issue they said yeah I had a moto z, it only lasted me a year, they just don't have a long battery life, I went back to Samsung.
You'll need to get another phone.
