***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Every time I get a text message I get therethe re status bar notification but now I'm also getting an almost full screen pop up.  This has the top half as the message, has a reply and will send to message+, and the bottom is an ad.  It pops up over everything including game play which is rather annoying. Help!

DTDYKE, those pop-ups can certainly be an annoyance, so we are here to work toward a resolution on this problem. Please use the steps on the following web page https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-205181 to check the device memory and ensure the memory is not truly low. We will need to gather more details to proceed to the best resolution. Does this message appear to be an advertisement? Did this message start appearing after installing an app?
