Mobile HotSpot Error Message

I have an error message when turning on my mobile hotspot.  I use it all the time and today or some reason it has an error and wont turn on leaving me with no internet to work from.  I have restarted the phone several times, I have looked at every setting i can think of.  Very frustrated!

Help?
