I have a problem with the battery not charging on a three-year-old phone.
The battery or charging port might have gone bad. It might be time to replace the phone.

It's worrying to see your device is not charging properly, and we are here to help. Please tell us, do you see any signs of physical or water damage on your device? Is your device still responsive? Have you tried using multiple chargers?
