***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Moto Z Play Network Issue

My Moto Z Play just stopped being connected to the mobile network. If I go under Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage, the button next to Mobile Data is completely greyed out. Any thoughts? Hoping it's a network issue not a broken phone issue?

Having your phone see and connect to our network is a must, KADIEKAT90. We are here to help get you connected. 

 

Typically, when a phone shows the Mobile Data grayed out in Settings, it is because the phone is not seeing the network. This can be caused by an issue with the phone, the SIM card or if there was a network issue for your area. 

 

Is anyone else with Verizon that you know having the same issue? What zip code are you located at? Have you tried what bearone21 suggested?
