Moto z4 - SMS shows Sent, no Delivered message

New Moto Z4 phone.  Using textra.  SMS messages show Sent notification, Delivered not showing.  Get both for MMS messages.  Used to work for SMS.  Of course, sent/delivered is checked in settings.
