Since the update to Android 10 last week my alarm clock app ceased to function. I downloaded another app and still no alarm. The screen displays the correct time, but no alarm. Anyone else with this issue and how did u fix?

Hello! Outside of you alarms, are you able to hear the ringtone on incoming calls/other notifications just fine? AustinL_VZW

My Moto Z4 got the update and the alarm is working fine. Tested several times. When you set the alarm, do you get the icon showing an alarm is set? When you pull down the icons, does the alarm icon (if there) show the date time set?

I definitely want to help figure this out, Dark_One_042. Sorry to hear about the issues with the alarm clock feature on the Moto Z4. Have you tried resetting the app? If not, here's how to do so: http://spr.ly/6604Gwt3k To clarify, are you referring to the stock/default "Clock" app or something that you downloaded in the Play Store?

If resetting didn't work. I found that my phone was on do not disturb mode.
