On my Moto Z2 Play I have a Pin set up on my phone. Occasionally it will take 2-3 try to get into my device. Meaning the pin is correct, but my phone will say the pin is wrong 2 or 3 times until it unlocks has anyone ever had this happen to them?
Being able to access your phone with ease is a must. Do you have a screen protector on the phone? When did this problem start? Did anything change on the phone when this issue started such as a new app or update?

ebald009, having the ability to access your phone is a must. Help is here as it should not take this many times to unlock your device. Let's work together to find a resolution. Has there been any changes to your device, software updates or new applications? So sorry to ask but has there been any damage to the phone, cracked screens or liquid damaged? Please advise.
