***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Warning!!! Verizon reps can't be trusted to place your order right.  and when they mess it up, Verizon will NOT BACK UP THE CUSTOMER!!!

I placed an order for the new Moto2 Force and the promo said we'd get a free projector.  Well, the Verizon rep, Kipany [removed], messed up the order, didn't send the projector, and didn't put in on our purchase receipt.  Now we can't get the projector and VERIZON WILL NOT HELP OR MAKE IT RIGHT, and we're [removed].  STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON!!!   They used to care about their customers but now they just brush you aside.   I've been loyal to Verizon since I got my very first cell phone.  Now I'm going elsewhere.
