Visual Voicemail is stuck on "Setting Up - Please Wait" MotoZ

My phone is a MotoZ4, purchased recently.  I haven't been able to access voicemails since I bought the phone.

Here's my experience:

Visual Voicemail is stuck on "Setting Up - Please Wait"

I'm unable to access voicemails through Visual Voicemail.

Tried restarting, clearing cache, force stop app, etc.

Unfortunately, I forgot my pin# to attempt to access voicemails through *86

Please help!!!!!
