I'm attempting to use Verizon content transfer app to move content to an iphone but my moto z is not allowing the app to access my contacts, I already checked permissions for the secific app. is there anything else i can do to help transfer my contacts? To be clear there is no prompt telling me that the moto is not allowing access so it may be a issue within the app, it does not populate any data for contacts prior to transfer.
