3 Razrs, several problems, can I switch models yet, please?

Okay so this will be a long story but I am about over the treatment I have received so far from Verizon. I have the Droid Razr, actually third model so far, and I get dropped calls CONSTANTLY and my data goes in and out. I have a laundry list of issues that come with each Razr that I receive, but the main issue is the dropped calls. I have been in contact with customer and technical support for countless hours, but to no avail. I only want to change models to an equally priced phone (not the iphone), and for some reason, Verizon will not allow me to. So my question is how do I convince Verizon to allow me to switch models so I can do my job and talk to people with a quality headset instead of the one I have now?

First off, let me start by telling you that I am on #6. 4 regular razr and 2 razr maxx. Been through a multitude of various issues, and I mean a wide array of differing issues with these phones. some were software, many were hardware. Verizon has been pretty good for the most part in replacing them when they need replaced, The one thing I will never get back is the literal countless hours I have spent on the phone with so many different technical support people I can't begin to accurately tell you but its well in the 40 to 50 different people range.
My latest call was relatively minor in grand scheme but it concerned flash and the fact at one time my phone did it now it doesnt, kinda bummed about that, but while on the phone with a gal in minnesota ( very nice I might add ) I inquired about what my time was worth and at what point do I get to throw in the towel and punt the RAZR? I too will not go to an IPHONE either. I also will not take a step back in performance to a lesser model, well, that leaves very few options and so far I have been told there is no choice, which I am not happy about but really what other choice do any of us have? I don't want to leave verizon as I have been a customer for almost 12 years but many of the current issues I just deal with, But I will also add that ICS is a terrible attempt at an operating system and many of the issues I have now I didn't have with GB but again, I just live with them and hope Jelly bean comes along and fixes my particular issues.. Hanging on hope for change sounds familiar doesn't it....LOL but I am not holding my breath either... I will get a different phone eventually, just have to bide my time..
