How can I go back to ICS from Jellybean (4.1.2)? My phone runs ectrememly slow on this 4.1.2.

You can't go back to ICS (at least, not by any method we can discuss on this forum; it also will void your warranty).  A system cache clear might help your phone.

JJDeh, let's get your phone to speed up. As tikibar commented, you're not able to go back to the previous software version, but we can troubleshoot your phone now. Does the phone run slow in any specific applications? If specific applications, clear the cache for those http://vz.to/ZfZxpA. To clear cache from the whole system (this will not erase data):

  • Power the device off.
Press the Power button then select Power off.
If the device doesn't respond to input, press and hold the Volume Up / Down then press and holdPower button. When the device screen goes blank release the Power button while continuing to holdVolume Up / Down, proceed with step 3.
  • Press and hold the Volume Up / Down then press the Power button.
  • When presented with the Boot Mode Selection Menu release all buttons.
  • Press Volume Down to select Recovery then press Volume Up.
  • From the Droid triage screen, simultaneously press Volume Up / Down.
  • Select Clear the Cache Partition then press the Power button.
  • Select reboot system now then press the Power button.
