4.1 update failed!

Does ANYONE know what happened with the JELLYBEAN update? My phone attempted to update but failed and now it's telling me "your device is up to date! no update is necessary at this time".  My phone is not update if there is 4.1!  This is one of the reasons why when my contract is done I may never use Verizon again.

There still is no official release announcement from Motorola or Verizon, so it may be that the 'update' was released prematurely and pulled, released by accident and pulled, or that an issue was discovered and the update pulled.

The exact same thing happened to me too! So annoying! I was excited to upgrade, verizon is such a tease Smiley Sad

The update is coming. Last I heard was sometime this month. It was pushed out early and then pulled.

People have downloaded the JB update and it is available to load onto you Razr. You'll need to Google it. Once you load it on your SD card, you Razr will recognize it as the official update (which it is) and continue with the update.
