I have had my RAZR for 4 days now and I constantly been on 3G even though I am in a 4G market. How can I connect or is it to be done automatically?

To do a Soft Reset hold the Volume Down an the Power at the Same Time till your Razr shuts off let go of the Buttons an it will Re-Power on it's on..b33

According to Motorola's website, this is a known issue on some RAZR's and a "Restore Connectivity" app has to be downloaded and it will fix the issue. NOT for me. Think I will take it back to BB and have them figure it out, that is what I got insurance for.
