My droid razr has not been connecting to any data and it's been a few days now. I'm in the Boston area and i was wondering if this has been happening to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
Well it could be a Few Factors 1. the Sim Card could be having an Issue, 2. They could be Doing Tower Maintenance in your Area.! on that i would Call 1-800-922-0204 Option 3 Technical Services on both of the Suggestions i Mentioned i Would call Customer Service They should Still Be Open have them Look at your Account and Go through your Setting on you Razr Just to make Sure there isn't any thing out of Order..
If you have another Phone to were you can Use use it so they can Trouble Shoot your Device that is having the Issue Good Luck b33
