I live in the Dallas Metro area and have the Motorola RAZR. Earlier this week my phone stopped recognizing 4G. It will only run on 3G and the battery seems to be draining quicker. I have confirmed that the network setting is on LTE/CDMA. Any advice to get it recognizing 4G again? Thanks!

Thanks to all for your responses. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me. I swung by the Verizon store and they tried a new sim card.....also didn't help. So I had to get a new RAZR. Still really not sure what the issue was, but everything is working great on the new phone.
Thanks

Hi there Jnkmoody!
Living in a 4G LTE area having an LTE phone should = LTE access! I'm so sorry your phone isn't recognizing this access.
I double checked the area and didn't see any alerts from the 22nd until now. Are you still experiencing the problem?
Additional steps I would recommend would be powering down & removing and resinserting the sim card. Did you recently download any Task Killers, Battery Savers, or Antiviruses? If so I would attempt to remove those applications.
Keep us posted!
Thanks,

It Could be some of the Above but there could of been a possible Outage as The Dallas area can get some pretty big storms from time to time. but if it's off it shouldn't be for Long and as Jim pointed out Try a Reboot and you might give the Motorola App Restore Connectivity a Try it can help in these Situations.. Hope you have Good Luck b33
