AFTER JB update, LIVE365 App no longer has sound?!

Hello!

 

I listen to LIVE365 APP on my Motorola Razr with Droid O/S. Yesterday my phone updated to the latest Android version 4.1.2 and system version 98.72.16.XT912.verizon.en.US.

 

When I logon, it gets stuck at "initializing". At first I would hear the inital ad for progressive ( or some other car insurance company), so I heard sound, but now it just sits at "initializing" after the ad. Eventually it makes it thru the initializing phase, but there is no sound via speaker, wired headphone or bluetooth headphone.

 

Yes, I uninstalled and re-installed, I am getting a strong signal to my 4G phone....what do I do now? Other APPS have sound..........
