Adobe Flash on ICS

I have read quite a few people say that flash is broken on ICS for the Razr, here is what I have learned so far.
- Flash movies will not work on the stock browser, but will on Dolphin.
- Attempting to play flash movies in the stock browser will lock it up, you have to force stop and restart the browser.
- The GNex runs flash flawlessly, so this does not seem to be a general "ICS Issue".

Flash is fine on my Razr MAXX...there have been reports though of it not working but it's apparently a fandom issue...

Tried to load, no missing plugin notification. Everything on youtube loads and I've watch several vids since getting ICS with no issues - I'd suspect that sites implementation of flash.

The flash video worked fine on my Nexus in the stock browser and Dolphin. The Chrome browser doesn't support Flash so it didn't work. I did notice that the website does offer HTML5 video for mobile, but you have to subscribe to it. Perhaps you could look into this option?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hey all,
I've been on a Nexus for a while and was having some issues with video as well.
I installed mxplayer from the playstore and it solved my problem.
I don't know if it will work for all of you, but it works awesome on the Gnex and the stock browser.
ICS is truely awesome when you get used to it. Mxplayer fixed my woes.
I am hoping someone else tries it and posts feedback here.

OK I found some more information. Sites with embedded flash video are the ones that will not work.
Bers I would have the same question for you, are you using the stock browser with the ICS update and going to the site I linked? And completed the video (not just the adds, I have had those work once or twice)

Sorry - didn't pay close enough attention. It appears as if the actual videos don't play - I was just seeing the ads.

lol playing the video was it. Everyone else I have talked to under those circumstances presses play and nothing happens... In fact to use the browser at all after that you have to force quit and reopen it

I've tried the stock browser, Dolphin HD, Dolphin HD Beta, Marathon...Flash is dead with this update. I don't necessarily blame ICS but something is definitely wrong with this update.
Hope Verizon chimes in about this soon, hopefully a fix is just around the block.

FLASH is not on Adobe's list of certified devices for the Razr and Maxx after the ICS upgrade. You probably noticed that it isn't installed on the device after it's upgraded to ICS. I downloaded Google's Chrome browser and its pretty sick. Chrome seems especially adept with ICS and works extremely well. After using it for a few days, its becoming invaluable. It just works great. I would tell you to download Chrome and use it as your default browser. Unintall Flash as well, Adobe says it can be unstable on ICS phones. ( I don't work for Motorola or Google, lol).

As I remember correct, Adobe did announce several months ago they are steering away from Flash and moving to HTML5 and other products. I think we are starting to see the results of this. I know I am personally trying to steer away from so much streaming (as I was using an extreme amount of data and I will probably with lose my grandfather status when my wife upgrades in a few months).
