My Razzr has been calling people from my contact list, including the local police department without my knowledge. It dialed approx 50 calls while I was asleep and bothered people. Anyone else have this happen?
Yes, this is happening to me, and HUNDREDS of people. Verizon denies this. They want to charge me $300 for a refurb phone, which doesn't work. It randomly calles, opens and closes screens and Verizon REFUSES to do anything but demand more money. I've been a customer for a long time, but the customer service has gone to crap. There are enough people being lied to that there should be a class action lawsuit
That's odd, let's look further into this AnnNY! Are you running 4.1.2? Please try enabling safe mode here http://vz.to/11hd6po observe and advise if you were successful in this mode. If so, this means a 3rd party application is causing this. You can then remove applications at your discretion to identify the root cause or complete a factory reset here http://vz.to/11lfQrW The factory reset will erase everything on the device so please backup accordingly. You will have to re-download your application. Please do so with observation if you have not identified the problem application. Thank you.
