Android Rzer 16mg

I am having a problem with the homescreen on this cell.  It reads, "Unfortunately, Homesreen has stopped".  I cannot go beyound this message to utilize my cell phone. It does not allow me to retrieve my messages, make or answer calls.  I can't even power off.  What do I do??

I would do a hard reset and see if that helps.  If you don't know how todo that, do a search on that subject in the search above and follow instructions given.  If that don't help I would call tech support or take it to a VZW store.  Good Luck.  You may also take this question to the RAZR forum here as there are more RAZR phone users to help you there with your problem.

I would First Try a Soft Reset.. Here is the Instructions for That: If this doesn't Work then Via another Telephone Call Customer Service have them Look over your Account And Help assist you in Doing a F.R. b33

  1. Press and hold volume down key then press and hold the power button until the device powers off then release.
