I have a Droid Turbo 2, I keep getting this annoying dark gray almost black transparent box at the bottom of my screen that says
"Unexpected error in loading global preferences data. Some of your preferences has been reset! Exception: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: length=4784; regionStart=4759; regionLength=29"
I am able to touch the box it does nothing, I can even keep scrolling through facebook or whatever app I have open through that pop up. It stays on for about 3 seconds and just randomly pops up all the time, maybe every 5-10-20 minutes, I'm not sure I haven't timed it. How do I get rid of it?
