Ok this is my first Motorola and i'm coming from hTc for many years now. I was wondering how to move your apps to the sd card. When i go to applications and manage them all i get is move to media. What is this. I have a Razr Maxx. It says i only have 8gb of internal space for this media area. I thought the whole point in google letting us move apps to the sd card was to save space on our phone. I have a 16gb sd card and i want to use this as storage for my apps. I refuse to download an app to do this as well, because i shouldn't have to.

Hello heifitz,
I can understand the need of transferring memory to your SD card. Some applications can only be saved on the internal memory of the device. To check if you are able to save an application to an external SD card, try this:
- Go Settings
- Applications
- Manage Applications
- Select Application
- Touch Menu
- Transfer to external SD card
If you do not have this option, it will not allow you to transfer that application off the internal memory.
The Droid Razr is configured with a total of 16GB of internal flash memory. Of this,10GB is available for you to use (8GB for general storage, and an additional 2GB for application download and data). The remaining 6GB is used for device operation.
Thank you,
Lena A.

Thanks, just getting used to not having true android freedom is going to be hard to get used to.
