As of a couple hours ago, I no longer have 4G, just 3G. I live and work in Saint Paul, MN and have towers everywhere! Why am I stick in 3G slow land?

Drnran, I depend on my service to work right. We do want to get this figured out. When did this problem start? What is your zip code? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
